The TMJ Association is fully committed to protecting the privacy of our web site visitors. All information collected via our web site is held in confidence. Personal information provided by our visitors is not disclosed, given away, sold, or transferred to third parties.

The information that you provide is extremely helpful to us in identifying topics that most interest you. It is also helpful in educating healthcare policy makers, government agencies and healthcare professional organizations about the reality of TMJDs. Lastly; the demographic information you give us is used to verify who we serve when we apply for state registrations, grants and funding through various organizations such as the Combined Federal Campaign and State Employees Combined Campaigns. These organizations have strict requirements and oversight which we must meet each year in order to be able to participate in the annual campaigns and raise money. By registering with the TMJA you enable us raise these types of funds.
SecurityIn order to prevent unauthorized access and protect our users' personal information, we strive to maintain physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to secure information we collect online. Additionally, all information is stored in a secure location accessible only by authorized staff.
